STAR B. Echeverria Model PS .45ACP Spanish Single Action Pistol. This pistol is in very good condition for it's age. STAR Model PS in .45 ACP made by STAR in Spain. This pistol is in very good condition (used) The pistol also has a half cock feature, manual safety, and magazine safety. The pistol is very similar to the 1911 pattern pistol in appearance and some function but has it’s own differences. The pistol has an extended dovetail and a external extractor. These pistols were made from 1970 to 1987 with only 7,657 units being made the majority of these units were made in 1973. The Garcia Corporation based out of Washington D.C. was the sole importer of the pistols that originally came to the US. STAR is no longer in business that being said these are quite the find.

The Star Model PS differs from the P due to the fact that the PS has the magazine safety and the P does not.
