Buy, Sell, Trade and Consign. **Consignments welcome for 20% commission. ** Call or Send Email for assistance. ** To ship a private party sale firearm out of state is $20 for the transfer fee, shipping is $30 flat fee for a handgun or $45 flat fee for a long gun- (this includes basic insurance plus signature delivery) Alaska and Hawaii cost more- based on the address shipped to. **Local Private party transfers- $20 and a background check is required regardless of having a CCW or not ** **Retail purchases with no CCW will pay $25 for background check fee** ****Online invoicing available, payable with your debit or credit card (3% fee)**** ** If consignments are not sold and returned to the owner a $20 fee is imposed and a 4473 will be filled out. Background check will be done if no ccw. **If firearm is not sold within 6 months the owner will have to come back and pick it up or reduce pricing to sell the gun.** For multiple handgun purchases (2 or more) a multiple handgun form fee of $10 will be assessed. If shipping to CA there is a $25 transfer fee for CA DOJ paperwork processing. *** 90 DAY LAY-AWAY PLAN *** Put 50% down and pay two equal installments of 25% within 90 days of initial purchase. Balance to be paid in full by 90 days after initial payment. Installment payments must be made within the remaining 90 days or item and payments will be forfeited. Item can be paid in full at anytime before the 90 day deadline without any penalty. Background check and sales tax are extra. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection. 3% credit card processing fee is assessed for each transaction. Handgun sales only to persons 21 yrs or older, long guns 18 yrs and older. Firearm frames than can be either made into a pistol or rifle cannot be sold to persons under the age of 21. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Firearms MUST ship to FFL Dealers -Firearm can only be picked up at the FFL location by the purchaser of record and is required to follow all state and federal legal requirements. -Regulations and Laws do vary by state so it is the responsibility of the specific merchant and the FFL dealer to be in full compliance with ALL of its specific state regulatory and legal compliance requirements. **All sales are final once paid for. No refunds or returns. All purchases are "AS-IS" Big Valley Tactical reserves the rights to change these items as deemed necessary. ****Any DENIED returns will incur a $50 restocking fee if purchased from my business inventory. If items are purchased online, you are responsible for making arrangements to have them shipped back if the seller will accept them. Half of the transfer fee will be returned to you so make sure you are able to possess and own firearms**** *NOTICE* If any merchandise is purchased and stored at Big Valley Tactical and not picked up within 30 days, there will be a $20 per month per firearm storage fee imposed. If the item is not picked up within 90 days without having made arrangements, the item will become property of Big Valley Tactical. *** If shipped items are late or lost in the mail and you didn't elect insurance on the shipment, the responsibility falls on you, the buyer, NOT us.
